Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Grassy with wisps of smoke with honeysuckle blossom, coal dust, buttery vanilla, and cinnamon.

Taste:

Delicate earthy smoke, acacia honey, sweet apple, delicate clove and black pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

hoyed apple with smoky coal dust and delicate clove and black pepper spice.

Overall:

Earthy smoky notes and delicate oak tannins are balanced by acacia honey, ripe apple and vanilla, all enlived by a touch of clove and black pepper spice.
