Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Grassy and funky with white peach, white pepper and cinnamon.

Taste:

Overripe banana and grass with creamy vanilla, unripe pineapple, red grape and peppery spirituous spice.

Aftertaste:

Ripe peach emerges in the finish with lingering spice and pineapple.

Overall:

Powerful stuff, both in terms of its high alcohol content and generous flavour. Perfect in a Rum Punch.
