Based on organic wheat alcohol nine times distilled and made without added sugar. Seiers say their Orange Bitter is just that, "a very zesty take on an Orange Bitter.

"Many complimentary herbs and spices are mixed with the very fresh aromatic taste of bitter orange, all of them are used to compliment and bring out the zesty taste of orange peel, so that it always the main taste of the orange bitter.

"It can complement any cocktail either being a fruity gin cocktail or a heavy dark spirit cocktail. It just has so many qualities and it never stops being fun to work with."

Appearance:

Faint haze, deep bronze amber.

Aroma:

Oily orange with rooty bitterness.

Taste:

Zesty orange with complex oily and herbal undertones.

Overall:

Bouquet lacks the bright fresh zesty orange notes found in some other orange bitters. More Regan's than Angostura ornage.
