Tokki, pronounced 'tock-ee' and meaning rabbit in Korean, is a Korean soju distilled from fermented glutinous rice (3kg for each bottle) and bottled without additives or preservatives.
Fermentation is started using Nuruk, a traditional Korean fermentation starter made with wheat and barley.
Distillation is in a hybrid German copper still.
