Poachers Wild Tonic water is a light, refreshing tonic made with Irish elderflower, fresh lemon, natural quinine, and natural sugars.

Designed to be served with gin, particularly lighter style pink and fruitier gins.

Ingredients
Carbonated Irish spring water, sugar, acid: citric acid, flavouring: quinine, natural flavours and elderflower extract (.1%).

Appearance:

Crystal clear with plentiful bubbles.

Aroma:

Floral elderflower with subdued minerally quinine.

Taste:

Surprisingly and pleasantly dry. Assertive floral elderflower with just enough clean, minerally quinine. Moderate carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Quinine is more pronounced on the long finish, dominating comparatively faint elderflower.

Overall:

Mixed with gin, this adds a delicate elderflower flavour rather than overly dominating the gin.
