Amaro Cora's label descrbes it as a "Liquore Digestivo Tonico Aperitivo."

Launched in 1835, it was made by G. & L. F. IIi Cora in Turin. One of the key ingredients that flavoured Amaro Cora are leaves from the Peumus Boldus, a species of tree native to South America.

Amaro Cora is one of the two key ingredients in an authentic Torino-Milano.
