35 ml | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
5 ml | Tio Pepe Fino Sherry |
10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
0.1 ml | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
5 ml | Passion fruit purée |
25 ml | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
