
1. 2 slices of fresh lime cut to semi circle and placed protruding above the ice to create the idea of a fin. 2. Added accessories of a mermaid bling fin to complete the look.
1. Prepare all ingredients before getting started. Noting that the ice melts as soon as they come into contact with the other liquid ingredients.
2. Pour all liquid ingredients into the blender cup starting with Hayman's Old Tom Gin, sugar syrup, fresh lime juice and finally the Bols Blue Curacao.
3. Add in the ice cubes. May increase more cubes if a smoothie drink preferred.
4. Blend in low speed for 1 minute to combine the ingredients and to break the sugar and lime juice. Switch to high speed for 30 seconds to create the ice crushed texture.
5. Pour into the glass and place the lime slices for garnish. Optional to add in accessories to increase the presentation.
6. Serve and enjoy.
