Garnish:

Orange peel Maraschino cherry

How to make:

Mix Hayman's old tom gin, green grape , syrup, and matcha powder in a blender. Then transfer the mixture to a shaker and add lemon juice and orange flower water, with ice. Shake well and strain into a highball glass. top with tonic. Orange twist with cherry for garnish.

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
14 cupful Green grapes (seedless)
3 gram Matcha green tea powder
1/6 fl oz Orange blossom water / Orange flower water
1/3 fl oz Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Top up with Schweppes 1783 Crisp Tonic Water
