Garnish:

Expressed Lemon Peel Fresh Lilac Stem

How to make:

Add gin, lemon juice, creme de violette, chartreuse and falernum into a cocktail shaker. Add ice, then seal & shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain finely into a Collins glass with ice.
Top with soda water.
Slightly aggitate the drink so soda water is dispersed evenly throughout.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
3/4 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Giffard Crème de Violette liqueur
1/2 fl oz Green (Verte) Chartreuse liqueur
1/2 fl oz John D. Taylor's Velvet Falernum Liqueur
