
Garnish with an orange peel. On a small serving tray place cocktail glass, Madeline or baked good of choice topped with a honey dipper of orange marmalade. Vase of fresh chamomile flowers are optional.
Place all ingredients into shaker.
Place chamomile tea bag into shaker and shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain with hawthorne and fine strainer into coupe glass.

1/4 fl oz | Aperol Aperitivo |
1/2 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 barspoon | Orange marmalade |
1 dash | Chamomile/Camomile tea (cold) |
