
Three drops of extra virgin olive oil
Combine all ingredients, except the olive oil, in a shaking tin and shake with ice for 15 seconds. Double strain, using a fine mesh strainer into a coupe.

1/2 fl oz | Chinola passion fruit liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Celery juice (freshly extracted) |
1/2 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/4 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 pinch | Saffron fronds |
3 drop | Extra virgin olive oil |
