How to make:

In a shaker tin combine the following:
- 1 bar spoon of raspberry jam
- 3 dashes of saline
- 0.5 oz egg white
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz Amaro Nonino
- 0.5 oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
- 2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin

2 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
1/2 fl oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
1 barspoon Raspberry jam
3 dash Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
