
Edible rose petal + Orange peel aromatization
Chill the glassware in which the cocktail will be served. Then take a mixing glass and chill it as well.
Add all the ingredients into the mixing glass along with ice, and stir for approximately 20 seconds.
Strain the cocktail into the presentation glass. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink, and garnish with an edible rose petal.
1 1/6 fl oz | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
1 1/3 fl oz | Fino sherry |
1/2 fl oz | Italicus liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Giffard Creme de Rose Liqueur |
2 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |
