Garnish:

Prepare the garnish by making a mango ball using a melon baller. Once the drink is shaken, position the mango ball on the rim.

How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a coupe glass
2. Prepare the garnish by making a mango ball using a melon baller.
3. Shake all the ingredients with ice.
4. Fine strain into chilled glass
5. Garnish with mango ball.

1 1/2 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/3 fl oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
2/3 fl oz Mango purée
5/12 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
