Add cubed ice to tin
Shake for 10 sec
Double strain into coupe glass
Garnish with clipped carrot leafy green top

1 fl oz | Carrot juice (freshly extracted) |
1/2 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
3/4 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water) |
1 barspoon | Miso paste |
