How to make:

Combine all ingredients into a tin
Dry shake for 7 sec
Add cubed ice to tin
Shake for 10 sec
Double strain into coupe glass
Garnish with clipped carrot leafy green top

1 fl oz	Carrot juice (freshly extracted)
1/2 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
3/4 fl oz	Egg white (pasteurised)
1/2 fl oz	Honey syrup (2 honey to 1 water)
1 barspoon	Miso paste
