How to make:
Dry shake all ingredients other than soda water.
Add ice, shake, and fine strain into fizz glass.
Pour soda water down side of glass to top, serve ungarnished, with straw.

| 1 barspoon | Amaretto liqueur |
| 1/2 fl oz | Ginger syrup |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
| 3/4 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
