Treacle's Cherry Nose

Garnish:

Fresh or maraschino cherry

How to make:

Place the cherry liqueur, gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Shake over ice then strain into a glass with fresh ice before topping up with Appletiser. Garnish with a fresh or maraschino cherry on the glass.

5/6 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
5/6 fl oz Gin
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Demerara/Muscovado/brown sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
2 dash Cherry bitters
2 1/2 fl oz Appletiser Lightly Sparkling Apple Juice
