Appearance:

Clear, buttercup yellow.

Aroma:

Dried banana chips, overripe blackened banana and banana cake mix with faint toasted coconut and white pepper corns.

Taste:

Fresh, mashed banana and sweetened overripe blackened banana served on honey drizzled waffles. Tastes like bananas macerated in alcohol rather than banana essence, balanced alcohol stops it from being overly sweet.

Aftertaste:

Overripe ripe banana and banoffee pie with a lingering toffee note. Fades with vanilla emerging (as in creamy vanilla ice cream, rather than fresh vanilla pods).
