Appearance:
Crystal clear with plentiful consistent stream of rising bubbles.
Aroma:
Cucumber leads with celery and basil along with quinine.
Taste:
Cucumber, celery and basil with light quinine bitterness.
Aftertaste:
The palate continues and fades.
Overall:
One of the best of the 'flavoured' tonic waters we've sampled, with distinctive cucumber, celery and basil flavours.
