Flavoured and liqueur sake
In Japan it is traditional to flavour sake with ume plums or yuzu citrus fruits, though these are not legally sake they are often termed "liqueur sake". Many of the US breweries (particularly SakeOne in Oregon and Takara in California) also bottle sakes infused with flavours such as raspberry and pear.
