Serve in a Collins glass
12 fresh | Mint leaves |
2 oz | Bison grass vodka |
1 oz | Camomile tea (cold) |
3 1⁄2 oz | Apple juice/apple cider (cloudy & unsweetened) |
1⁄4 oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1⁄4 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
Garnish: Lime wedge & mint sprig
Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
Refreshing and floral with a dry, citrus finish.
