Ingredients: 12 Mint leaves; 60 ml Vodka - Bison grass; 30 ml Camomile tea (cold); 105 ml Apple juice (cloudy & unsweetened); 7.5 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise). SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
