| 30 ml | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee) |
| 2 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
| 40 ml | Laphroaig 10 Year Old |
| 10 ml | Honey syrup (1 honey to 1 water) |
