Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Cachaça
Top up with Ginger foam (espuma de gengibre)
30 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
7 leaf Basil leaves
10 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
