Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
3 fresh Sage leaves
2 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
1 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
1 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
16 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Sage leaf

How to make:

Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) sage in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

This is an excellent margarita - love the herbal background of the sage. I subbed in agave syrup for the sugar syrup, as this seemed to make sense for a margarita.
