Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
40 ml Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
15 ml La Fée Parisienne absinthe
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
10 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
1 sprig Fresh thyme
2 slice Fresh ginger root (thumbnail-sized slice)
