Serve in a Nick & Nora glass
| 45 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 10 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 25 ml | Monin Lavender Syrup |
| 1 cupful | Blueberries (fresh) |
| 10 ring | Kiwi fruit (fresh) |
| 20 ml | White wine vinegar (Chardonnay) |
| 3 cupful | Powdered sugar (white sugar ground in mortar and pestle) |
| 1 wedge | Star anise |
