Garnish:
Lemon twist (from an Amalfi lemon, if you can get one).
How to make:
Stir with ice, strain into chilled glass.
Use a potato peeler to cut off a strip of lemon zest, end to end. Fold in half over the top of the drink, then stand it so that it rests on the side.

5/6 fl oz | Noilly Prat Original Dry vermouth |
1/3 fl oz | Becherovka Original liqueur |
1/3 fl oz | Cointreau triple sec liqueur |
1 dash (4 drops) | Cardamom bitters |

Notes:
Use 12 drops please (that is what we call a dash at Clapham Cocktails!) I use Bob's Bitters, which complement the Beefeater gin wonderfully.
The name refers to Beauchamp Tower, a part of the Tower of London used to house V.I.P. prisoners. (Thomas Beauchamp, 12th Earl of Warwick, was its first such resident, after being charged with high treason against Richard II in 1397.)
Origin:
This drink is a sort of dry Bijou, with the Becherovka and Triple Sec partnering up to replace the Green Chartreuse.
