Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
60 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
7.5 ml Ginger liqueur
60 ml Grapefruit juice (white/yellow)
15 ml Pineapple juice
7.5 ml Cream of coconut (e.g. Coco Lopez, Re'al etc.)
1 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
8 fresh Mint leaves
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
