SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine stain into chilled glass.
1 5/6 fl oz | Monkey Shoulder Fresh Monkey |
5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Pandan sugar syrup |
2 dash | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
2 dash | Pimento bitters |
