Ingredients: 60 ml Vodka; 15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed); 7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix); Soda (club soda)

Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

How to make:

SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.
