Serve in a Rocks glass
| 25 ml | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
| 25 ml | Smith & Cross Pot Still Jamaican rum |
| 25 ml | Campari Bitter liqueur |
| 25 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 45 ml | Pineapple juice |
| 7.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
