Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
15 ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur
10 ml Amaro Montenegro
0.9 ml Angostura Aromatic Bitters
15 ml Monin Cinnamon Syrup
15 ml Egg white
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
