| 45 ml | Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Cognac |
| 7.5 ml | Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao à la Vanille |
| 7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 22.5 ml | Yuzu juice |
| 0.2 ml | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
