| 50 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 1 cupful | Green grapes (seedless) |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 4 fresh | Mint leaves |
| 4 slice | Green apple |
