5 ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
10 ml | Oolong tea |
3.8 ml | Honey |
10 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
15 ml | Egg white |
