Serve in a Rocks glass

Ingredients:
35 ml Hayman's London Dry Gin
5 ml Extra virgin olive oil
10 ml Oolong tea
3.8 ml Honey
10 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
15 ml Egg white
