Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
45 ml Bols Vodka
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
100 ml Thomas Henry Soda Water
30 ml Giffard Rose Syrup
150 ml Le Fruit de Monin Passion Fruit
150 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
50 ml Egg white
150 ml Ginger juice
