100 ml | Thomas Henry Soda Water |
30 ml | Giffard Rose Syrup |
150 ml | Le Fruit de Monin Passion Fruit |
150 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
50 ml | Egg white |
150 ml | Ginger juice |
