| 20 ml | Butterfly pea infused gin |
| 5 ml | Bénédictine D.O.M. |
| 0.6 ml | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 10 ml | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 20 ml | Egg white |
