Serve in a Coupe glass
45 ml | Bombay Bramble blackberry & raspberry gin |
30 ml | Cynar or other carciofo amaro |
15 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Amaro (e.g. Ramazzotti) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
