| 60 ml | Plantation Pineapple Rum |
| 22.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 30 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 fresh | Egg white |
| 3 drop | Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters |
