Serve in a Sour or Martini/Coupette glass
| 40 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
| 20 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |
| 10 ml | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 5 ml | Ginger juice |
| 10 ml | Canton Ginger Liqueur |
| 15 ml | Monin Brown Cane Sugar Syrup |
