Serve in a Large wine glass

Ingredients:
45 ml Hayman's Sloe Gin
22.5 ml Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
22.5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
7.5 ml Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
60 ml Cava sparkling wine
15 ml Rhuby Liqueur
