Serve in a Fizz or Highball (8oz to 10oz)

Ingredients:
50 ml Hayman's Old Tom Gin
15 ml Edmond Briottet Crème de Figue
20 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 dash Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
2 barspoon Fig jam
20 ml Pale ale
