25 ml Pallini Limoncello liqueur
45 ml Chateau du Breuil VSOP Calvados
17.5 ml Paragon Timur Berry Cordial
20 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
