35 ml | Hayman's Old Tom Gin |
20 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
10 ml | Choya Umeshu-Dento Liqueur |
7.5 ml | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
5 ml | Agave syrup |
15 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Vegan egg white replacement |
5 ml | Jasmine tea (hot) |
