Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
22.5 ml Chambord liqueur
22.5 ml Luxardo Espresso liqueur
30 ml Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Egg white replacement (vegan)
3 dash Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
