Serve in a Nick & Nora glass

Ingredients:
50 ml Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
7.5 ml Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
15 ml Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice)
15 ml Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
2 dash Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
5 ml Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
