Serve in an Old-fashioned glass
| 2 oz | Blended Scotch whisky |
| 1⁄2 oz | Amaro Formidabile |
| 1⁄2 oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1⁄3 oz | Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup) |
| 1⁄2 oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or Egg white replacement (vegan) |
| 3 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
Garnish: Lemon and orange zest twists
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.
