Serve in a Highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Ingredients:
30 ml Lustau Manzanilla Papirusa Sherry
15 ml Cocchi Americano Bianco
5 ml Plymouth Gin
5 ml Stockholms Bränneri Akvavit
5 ml Malic and Tartaric acid solution
20 ml Olive brine (from jarred olives)
80 ml Thomas Henry Tonic Water
