| 5 dash | Hot pepper sauce (red vinegar-based e.g. Tabasco) |
| 5 ml | Pickle juice/brine/vinegar from pickled cucumber/gherkin |
| 3 grind | Celery salt |
| 3 grind | Black pepper |
